Abstract |
INTRODUCTION The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of improvement of Autonomic Nervous System and Balance, VAS between the exercise group and the control group after upright body type exercise program of 12 weeks with 16 female students VAS 5 and over in M middle school. METHOD The Analysis tool for verifying this study was paired t-test and independent t-test. The results were computed as the purpose of study and verified at a=.05(the level of significance). RESULT Degree of LF Norm has shown a significant increase from 0.37±0.13 to 0.50±0.14 in experimental group and there was a statistically significant difference(p<.05). Degree of HF Norm has shown a significant decrease from 0.63±0.13 to 0.50±0.14 in experimental group and there was a statistically significant difference(p<.05). The change of LF/HF has shown a significant increase from 0.64±0.33 to 1.11±0.52 in experimental group and there was a statistically significant difference(p<.05). The change of Static Balance has shown a significant increase from 19.22±16.84 to 29.35±410.13 in experimental group and there was a statistically significant difference(p<.05). The change of Dynamic Balance has shown a significant decrease from 79.69±791.85 to 48.19±899.45 in experimental group and there was a statistically significant difference(p<.05). The change of VAS has shown a significant decrease from 7.25±2.38 to 4.5±2.45 in experimental group and there was a statistically significant difference(p<.05). CONCLUSION Upright body type exercise program considered to effect the improvements of Autonomic Nervous System balance, Static and Dynamic Balance and the reduction of degree of VAS in middle school girls VAS 5 and over. It was suggested that upright body type exercise program with improvement and prevention for the youth proved body imbalance and Autonomic Nervous System imbalance. |
